Loved it! Went on Saturday for the first time with my sister and we enjoyed our baladas. So we decided to come back Sunday to see if They were consistent and they were. We brought our mother and she had a soup it was so delicious & big ! 10/10 The atmosphere was so peaceful. It was like Heaven sent. The service was amazing our waitress Nicole Was amazing and Attentive, thank you so much. Such a great experience.
I dined in and did take out. Both times were so good. However the portions for rice is crazy small. For extra it's $5.00 and you get more rice from pollo tropical. Also the menu has no prices on them so be mindful of that. Other wise the food and flavor was great. I had the steak and chicken. Delicious
Most of the food was good. The chicken ceibaneo was great and the horchata too. I tried the soup and it tasted good but the meat was not tender and the temperature was a little room temp and not hot like I like my soup. The atol was sooooo sweet I could not eat it. The side of sweet fried plantain was a waste of money they were still green and I don’t like them that way. Overall the good was good and i didn’t complain but now I’m giving honest feedback. Also they did accept my Apple Pay had to run out and get cash since they charge you 4% extra for paying with card.
I came to this restaurant very excited to try it. The place itself is very nice and well decorated, with a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was very distasteful and it took quite some time to receive our order. One downside is that the menu does not include prices, so you’re ordering without really knowing the cost. There was also an additional charge for paying with a card that was not clearly communicated. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations and I will not be returning.
My mother and I had a wonderful time eating lunch at Chicken House. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by the hosts/servers. We inquired about the menu as it was our first time eating here and eating Honduran food. The server was very attentive and very sweet. We chose to get the pollo a la plancha and pollo frito. Everything was soooo delicious and fresh! Tostones and maduros were fresh out of the pan, the chicken was nice and hot. We were thoroughly impressed by Chicken House and surprised that more people don’t know about this restaurant. If you’re in the area, you MUST try Chicken House! We can’t wait to be back again soon!
The restaurant is very clean and the food is great family oriented environment. The only thing is that the menu doesn’t have price but overall the experience is very good
If you're craving authentic Honduran food, Chicken House in Pembroke Pines is a must-visit! This family-friendly restaurant has multiple locations, the experience, food and service was fantastic. We tried a variety of dishes on the menu between our family, and everything was delicious. The Carne Asada is mouth-watering, perfectly cooked with great seasoning. The Pupusas are super tasty, definitely a must-try! And don’t even get me started on the Platanos... they’re absolutely soooo good—crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside. One of our favorites was the Picada Catracha—it’s huge and perfect for sharing. It’s packed with different meats and flavors, and it’s just incredibly satisfying. And their Pollo Ceibeno? Wow, I’ve never tasted anything like it. The flavor is unique and really stands out compared to other chicken dishes we’ve tried. This is one of their house specials. Also, they have their own homemade secret sauce that adds the perfect touch to everything. It’s really something special. This spot is perfect for a family meal, and the portions are generous. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves hearty, flavorful food in a cozy atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
I ordered a parrillada for two, and it was more than sufficient for the entire family. The meat was cooked to perfection and had an exceptional flavor. The freshness of the ingredients was also noteworthy, particularly the bananas that were grilled to perfection. The salad was a delightful addition, providing a refreshing contrast to the main course. The overall value for money was exceptional.
